About Us

The sHome Hotel, which opened in 2017, is located in the south of Graz, not far from the Puntigam brewery and the second largest shopping center in Austria, the Shoppingcity Seiersberg.
 In addition to the line and city bus stop right in front of the hotel, the Graz-Puntigam train station with bus, train and tram connections is only a few minutes' walk away.

 Whether you stroll through the old town of Graz, visit the friendly alien or take a journey back in time to the Middle Ages to explore the castle and the Graz Schloßberg.
 In just a few minutes you are in the center thanks to the excellent transport links.  Should you ever want to leave the city, you can reach the enchanting southern Styria with its picturesque vineyards or Upper Styria without having to change trains, for example to take a hike through the famous Bärnschützklamm.

 Our modernly equipped rooms offer free and fast internet (WLAN).  In addition to almost 50 TV programs to make the evenings cozy in front of the television.

 Breakfast is the most important meal of the day - that's why we offer you a rich breakfast buffet with selected and regional ingredients.  This is the perfect way to start the day.

 As a guest in our house, you can of course park for free, whether outdoors or in the underground car park.  For electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, charging stations are available both outdoors and in the underground car park (for a fee).
